ISLAMABAD: Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani has said that an honest, clean and transparent National Population Census is prerequisite for electoral reforms as delimitation and redefining of constituencies depends on a fair head count.
"The issue of representation of smaller provinces in the Board of Pakistan Bureau of Statistic (PBS) needs to be looked at," said the Chairman while talking with six members delegation of European Union Electoral Follow-up Mission headed by Micheal Gahler, Head of Electoral Follow-Up Mission at his chamber at Parliament House here Wednesday.
