ISLAMABAD: Senate Chairman Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari and Deputy Chairman Sabir Ali Baloch have condemned the suicide attack on the workers of Awami National Party in Peshawar in which Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Senior Minister Bashir Ahmed Bilour was martyred on Saturday.
Terming it a cowadly act, the Senate Chairman and Deputy Chairman lauded the services of Bashir Ahmed Bilour and said that his stand angainst terrorism would be remembered for ever.
Nayyar Bukhari and Sabir Ali Baloch, in their separate condolence messages, prayed to the Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the heirs of Bashir Bilour to bear the loss with equanimity.
Meanwhile, Leader of the House in Senate Jahangir Badar and Leader of the Opposition in Senate Ishaq Dar also condemned the cowardly act.
