MULTAN: Some thirty-nine patients of gastroenteritis commonly known as gastro were hospitalized in the city on Friday.
Exactly 12 gastro cases were brought to Nishtar Medical Institute while 23 patients were reported at Children Complex, said an official source.
Two patients of gastro were admitted each at Civil Hospital and at Fatima Jinnah Hospital for Women, he added.
Meanwhile, 14 patients were discharged and No Acute Watery Diarrhoea (AWD) case was reported today, the source informed.
