imageISLAMABAD: Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Thursday condemned the incidents of bomb blasts in Islamabad and Sibi Railway Station that claimed many precious lives and caused injuries to several innocent people.

Talking to APP President Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Zakaria Usman and Vice President SAARC CCI,founder Chairman Pak-US Business Council Iftikhar Ali Malik expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the blasts.

Federation President said that unscrupulous elements hatched a conspiracy to discourage the smooth flow of foreign investment in different sectors of the country.

He said that disgruntled elements want to sabotage the peaceful atmosphere in the country through such heinous acts.

"Pakistan, in the wake of war on terror, suffered colossal financial loss of around 3 trillion dollars in terms of infrastructure destruction, buildings, houses, serious set backs in export",he said.

Iftikhar Ali Malik said that entire business community stands united with government to stamp out the menace of wave of terrorism in the country and will never allow unscrupulous and disgruntled elements to hatch conspiracies against the national integrity and solidarity.

He said that business community will thwart their nefarious designs at all cost by extending full co-operation to elected government of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in this regard. On behalf of the business community Iftikhar Ali Malik assured of maximum cooperation with the government to thwart the nefarious designs of the terrorist elements.
