KARACHI: A three-member delegation led by the Consul General of China in Karachi, Ma Yaou, met and discussed matters of mutual interests with the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Sindh.
The meeting held here at Central Police Office (CPO) on Friday.The DIG Headquarters Sindh was also present on the occasion, said a police statement.
The statement said that the delegation was informed that under a contingency plan security measures are being ensured for the Chinese engineers, technical staff and experts associated with various development projects and multinational companies.
It said that the contingency plan also envisages extraordinary security steps for the Chinese and other foreigners.
The statement said that the delegation expressed satisfaction on the police security measures.
