Senate unanimously passes wages Bill for unskilled workers ISLAMABAD: Senate here on Wednesday unanimously passed Minimum Wages for Unskilled workers Ordinance 1969 in its application to the Islamabad Capital Territory (The Minimum Wages for unskilled Workers Amendment (Bill, 2015). The bill was moved by Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer on behalf of Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resources Development Pir Syed Sadruddin Rashid.
