UBL to collect WASA Hyderabad bills HYDERABAD: Water and Sanitation Authority (WASA) on Tuesday signed an agreement with United Bank Limited (UBL) to collect bills from consumers in a ceremony held at Divisional Conference Hall Hyderabad. The Managing Director WASA, Saleem-uddin and Senior Voice President Mustafa Rehman inked the agreement in presence of Divisional Commissioner Hyderabad Ahmed Bux Narejo. Addressing the ceremony, the Commissioner hoped that the agreement would facilitate the consumers of WASA at their door steps to submit their utility bills which according to him was facing huge financial crisis. SBP accepts Rs1.5bn bids     KARACHI: State Bank of Pakistan in its open market operation in treasury bills has accepted bids for Rs 1.5 billion under three-day repo sale. According to SBP here Tuesday, Rs 8 billion were offered by the primary dealers and the Central Bank accepted bids worth Rs 1.5 billion at a rate of 10.48 percent.
