President FPCCI appreciates the role of NAB

ISLAMABAD: President of the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Engr. Daroo Khan Achakzai Friday hailed Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Justice Javed Iqbal for taking measures to enhance the confidence of the business community.

He welcome the decision of Chairman NAB that the Business Community would not be subjected to inquiry or summoned by NAB, said a press release.

He appreciated the decision of Chairman NAB regarding the establishment of a Complaint Cell headed by a Director in the NAB Headquarter and issuing directions to its all Regional Heads to address the complaints of business community within 48 hours which is accomplishment of the desire of the business community.

Engr. Daroo Khan Achakzai, President FPCCI also vehemently condemned the fictitious campaign being launched against the Chairman NAB Justice (r) Javed Iqbal in social media.

He said that the campaign is aimed at damaging NAB’s Chairman Integrity and reputation at a time when NAB is playing a pivotal role in curbing the corruption and taking those to task who have embezzled the public funds mercilessly.

The FPCCI President also appreciated the measures taken by the NAB to make the society a corruption free which is a perquisite to enhance the confidence of the business community particularly in flourishing investment climate.
