LAHORE: The composition of a Lahore High Court (LHC) division bench, entrusted with the hearing of high profile National Accountability Bureau (NAB) cases, has changed.
As per LHC roaster issued here Thursday, the new bench comprising Justice Ali Baqar Najafi and Justice Sardar Ahmad Naeem will hear the cases related NAB at the LHC principal seat from May 6.
The high profile cases pending before the bench include Hamza Shahbaz bail petitions, Khawaja Saad Rafique and Khawaja Salman Rafique bail petitions, former senior provincial minister Abdul Aleem Khan's bail plea, former Lahore Development Authority director general Ahad Khan Cheema bail plea.
Earlier, the bench was comprised of Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan and Justice Mirza Viqas Rauf. Both the judges will hear the cases at LHC Rawalpindi bench from May 6, as per roaster.
