NA session to continue till May 3

ISLAMABAD: The House Business Advisory Committee of the National Assembly on Monday decided that the current session of the House would continue till May 3, 2019.

The committee met at the Parliament House with Speaker Asad Qaiser in the chair to discuss the business for the 9th session of the National Assembly.

The meeting discussed the agenda and ways to run the proceedings of the session. The representatives of the parliamentary parties gave their proposals regarding proceeding of the house.

The meeting was attended by Minister for Defence Pervaiz Khattak, Minister for Interior Ijaz Ahmed Shah, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Azam Khan Swati, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan and MNAs Iqbal Muhammad Ali,  Ghous Bux Mahar, Khalid Hussain Magsi, Rubina Irfan, Muhammad Aslam Bhootani and Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada.
