SHC issues contempt notices to KDA DG, others

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday issued contempt of court notices to Director General (DG) Karachi Development (KDA) and others over a petition pertaining to the illegal occupation of 404 plots in Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 6.

A bench of the SHC heard the contempt of court plea filed by Talat Hussain against DG KDA and others for not appearing before the court.

The court sought reply from responsible authorities and adjourned the hearing till 22th May.
