Fehmida Mirza in Ottawa to attend CPA meeting

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Dr Fehmida Mirza Saturday arrived in the Canadian capital of Ottawa to attend the two-day meeting of the International Executive Committee of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA).

The Executive Committee will discuss the control and management of the activities and business of the CPA, said a message received here.

The Canadian Branch of the CPA is hosting the Executive Committee’s meeting for the first time since 2004, when it was convened during the 50th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference.
