It is a moment of pride and joy for me and my entire team on successful installation of waste heat recovery (WHR) plant in a record time. WHR plant will not only be beneficial to the Company in the form of substantial savings in power cost, but will also make some contribution in reducing the power shortfall in the country by producing clean and environment friendly energy.
I take this opportunity to convey my appreciation and gratitude to the entire Project team for their untiring efforts in completion of project in record time. The supplier of WHR Plant, CITIC China also deserves appreciation for supplying a well-engineered plant producing more than guaranteed power. In addition, EKL and Banu Mukhtar also did a good job in achieving the timelines along with ensuring quality of work in mechanical erection and civil works respectively. We pay our gratitude to the directors, shareholders and other stakeholders including other small vendors on successful completion of this WHR project.
Since the take-over of Company by new sponsors in year 2010, Pioneer Cement is achieving new milestones of success by improving operations of the plant, bringing down the cost of production and improvement in quality of product. The newly erected WHR Plant is also a major step towards reducing the cost of operations by producing environment friendly energy, thus helping improvement in environment also.
