PMEX daily trading report

On Friday, at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, PMEX Commodity Index closed at 3,093. The total traded value of Metals, Energy and COTS/FX was recorded at PKR 5.96 billion and the number of lots traded was 15,301. Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 2.56 billion followed by currencies through COTS PKR 2.11 billion, WTI crude oil PKR 1.18 billion, silver PKR 90.54 million, copper PKR 14.05 million, Brent crude oil PKR 6.03 million. In addition to this, in agricultural commodities, 11 lot of cotton amounting to PKR 4.24 million were also traded. NOTE: Summery report was not received on Monday.
