ISLAMABAD: The members of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) led by its Chairman Syed Khursheed Shah on Thursday visited New Islamabad International Airport.

Senior officials of Civil Aviation briefed the committee about the airport.

Talking to media, Syed Khursheed Shah said the work on the project started in 2007 which had been completed.

He expressed the hope that international standard facilities would be availed by local and foreign passengers at the new airport.

New Islamabad airport would be inaugurated on April 20.
