ISLAMABAD: The sale and demand of ready-made clothes have increased in twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi due rise in the prices of stitching by tailors.
The shopkeepers at various local clothes stalls said that most people are demanding local ready-made clothes due to its affordable rates in comparison to brands or buying unstitched clothes.
Saira Kazmi, a shopper at Aabpara market said that she bought local ready-made clothes as its prices are not very much like some of the popular brands asking for thousands. She said her whole family like to use local clothes.
Another shopper said that the sale of ready-made clothes has increased now days’ people prefer to wear ready mate clothes as prefer to un stitched clothes.
Normaly boys prefer to wear stitch dresses but Current trend is changing as female hesitate to go to tailor to save time, money and repeated visits.
Rahila Siddiqui said that ready-made made clothes are ready to wear, so people prefer to buy ready-made stuff rather than unstitched clothes.
A Shopkeeper at Abpara told that "the demand of stitched clothes has increased with changing trend so we prefer to keep ready-made dresses more".
Amina a buyer said that "mostly in urgency we need any dress to wear and ready-made clothes the best option for people.
"On every occasion she buying ready-made dresses because they are according to fashion without doing much hectic exercise," she further said.
