Pakistan fast bowling sensation, Hasan Ali, lost his position as the number one One Day International (ODI) bowler in the latest rankings.
As per the latest MRF Tyres ICC Player Rankings for ODI Batsmen and Bowlers, Pakistan’s Hasan Ali declined to number five with 711 points, after Proteas leg spinner Imran Tahir reclaimed his spot as the number one ODI bowler with 743 points.
Hasan Ali's drop comes after dismal showing in the recently concluded ODI series against the New Zealand. Hasan grabbed six wickets in the four matches, which Pakistan lost 5-0.

Meanwhile, fellow team mate Shadab Khan, who was the most successful bowler for the country in the T20I series with five wickets, has rocketed 28 places to 14th spot, while fast bowler Mohammad Amir has also made an impressive gain of 19 places and now sits in 27th position after bagging three wickets.
Earlier, Pakistan beat New Zealand by 18 runs in the series-deciding Twenty20 match at Mount Maunganui on Sunday. The win gave Pakistan the series 2-1, allowing them to become the top-ranked T20I side in the world.
