JARANWALA/FAISALABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Maryam Nawaz Saturday said Faisalabad and Jaranwala were citadels of the PML-N where all three top positions in elections had been won by the party workers.

Addressing a big crowd at Jinnah Stadium Jaranwala, she said people's court was the most respectable court after the court of Allah Almighty.

She asked the people about Nawaz Sharif's disqualification decision who was elected as the prime minister with their votes that either they had accepted it or rejected it. The charged gathering of the people replied loudly they had already rejected it.

She said three generations of Nawaz Sharif were held accountable, but a certificate of honesty was given to a person who himself accepted to have an offshore company.

She said, "Promise me that you will support Nawaz Sharif in his struggle for the supremacy of Nizam-e-Adl and sanctity of vote."

She asked people to rise up against the conspirators for teaching them a lesson so that they could not dare play such ugly games in future.

She said Nawaz Sharif was a symbol of progress and prosperity in Pakistan. He was fighting for the people of the country and surely, they would continue supporting him in all difficult times to come, she hoped.

She paid tribute to State Minister for Interior Talal Badar Chaudhry for making good arrangements for the public meeting.

In his brief address, Talal Chaudhry said Nawaz Sharif was the soul of people which could not be separated from them.

He said Nawaz Sharif constructed motorways, launched China Pakistan Economic Corridor and eliminated terrorism.

He said no one could become the prime minister of people's hearts other than Nawaz Sharif.

City Chapter President of PML-N MPA Sheikh Ejaz Ahmad, Federal Minister for Statistics Kamran Michael, Federal Minister for Privatisation Daniyal Aziz, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit/Baltistan Chaudhry Muhammad Barjees Tahir, State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb, State Minister for Power Chaudhry Abid Sher Ali, State Minister for Textile Hajji Muhammad Akram Ansari, Senator Pervaiz Rashid, Senator Farooq Khan, MNAs Javaid Lateef, Mian Muhammad Farooq, MPAs Mian Tahir Jameel, Shoaib Idrees, Chairman Zila Council Faisalabad Chaudhry Zahid Nazir and Mayor Municipal Committee Faisalabad Muhammad Razzaq Malik were also present on the occasion.
