OKARA: Federal Minister for Pakistan Railways Khawaja on Monday said that credit of rehabilitation of Railways went to the people who voted for Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in general elections 2013.
He said this while addressing the inaugural ceremony of newly constructed building, at a cost of Rs 280 million, of country's first Model Railway Station, here. MNAs Riazul Haq Juj, Rao Ajmal Khan, Parliamentary Secretary for Railways Syed Ashiq Hussain,
MPA Mian Muhammad Munir, DS Lahore Sufian Dogar, officers of NESPAK and others were also present. The Federal Minister said the PML-N government had steered the country out of various crises.
He said the government believed in service to the masses and it had almost eliminated the electricity load-shedding from the country.
He said that opposition parties should do politics but avoid personal attacks, adding that nobility should be maintained in politics.
