ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Tuesday suspended the proceeding of the House due to lack of quorum.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawmaker Dr.Arif Alvi pointed out the quorum at 10:45 am.
Ayaz asked for the member-count and suspended the proceedings
till completion of the quorum as the required numbers of lawmakers (25 percent) were not present in the House. “The House is not in order, so the proceeding is suspended till completion of the quorum,” the speaker said.
On Monday the proceedings of the house was adjourned by the Deputy Speaker Murtaza Javeed Abbasi due to lack of quorum.
