Ramiz Raja seems to be fed up with Pakistan cricket

Pakistan cricket former captain turned commentator Ramiz Raja seems to be fed up with the national cricket team, after their continuous dismal performance in New Zealand.

“#NzvPAKT20 It may be the time to show a bit of grace in times of adversity. Silence at times can be a bigger nod of disapproval than acerbic lashing. I am personally just too damn tired explaining the batting woes!” Raja said on social media.

Raja's statements come after Sarfraz’s men took a beating in the first T20I against the Kiwis on Monday. Pakistan lost the game, after posting a modest total of 105 runs on the board, which was comfortably chase by New Zealand in the end.

Earlier, Raja stated that the Pakistan batsmen are ‘playing from the crease with weight shifted on the back leg’ and are always expecting a short ball, lacking both footwork and balance.

“One major problem with this Pakistan batting is its shortcoming against the short ball. Most batsmen are playing from the crease with weight shifted on the back leg expecting a rib roaster all the time! Footwork and balance goes for a toss,” Raja said.
