IHC testifies two witnesses in Tayyaba torture case

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday testified two prosecution witnesses in Tayyaba torture case and summoned four more witnesses on January 26.

Justice Aamer Farooq of IHC heard the Tayyaba torture case against former Additional and Session Judge Islamabad Raja Khurram Ali.

Advocate General Islamabad Mian Abdul Rauf appeared before the court on behalf of federal government.

During the course of proceeding, the bench recorded the statement of two witnesses including Constable Ghulam Hussain and Constable Naseem.

The court summoned four more witnesses in the case and adjourned hearing of the case till January 26.
