Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh will soon tie a nuptial knot with fiance Rukmini Sahay on February 9, and the preparations are in full swing. The host family has already begun giving out the wedding card to close friends and family. We just got the glimpse of his wedding card and it talks about the timeless love.
The invitation card has been specially designed keeping in mind Neil Nitin Mukesh's heritage. "We wanted it to be personal and so, decided to go ahead with a compilation of memories. The invite has been conceptualised by my parents. It is like a series of love ballads springing to life and Ive already received so many calls from well-wishers, telling me how much they have loved the thought behind the invite. Everything starts and ends with Mukeshji in our home," reveals Neil while speaking to an Indian media.
The wedding invite has NR initials embossed on the card, which has a coffee table book feel to it. Every page speaks of a new chapter and every function is proclaimed by a preface from Neils grandfather Mukesh's verses.

Lines from the movie 'Shor' are put in first as soon as you open the invite. They are followed by verses from 'Anand' for the engagement, and the introduction for the Mehendi have lines from a song in 'Himalaya Ki Ghod Mein'. 'Chalia' is used for the sangeet whereas 'Jal Bin Machhli' is used to announce the wedding. The iconic love song Kabhi Kabhi is featured in the section to announce the grand reception, Pink Villa reported.
The functions will kickstart on February 7 with the engagement, followed by mehendi and sangeet and then a wedding ceremony on February 9. The grand reception will held in Mumbai on February 17, which will be attended by whos who of Bollywood.
