Tunisia gets offers in soft wheat purchase tender

HAMBURG: The lowest offer in the tender from Tunisia's state grains agency on Friday to purchase 67,000 tonnes of soft wheat was $325 a tonne c&f, European traders said.

The offer was made for 50,000 tonnes for June 10-20 shipment, traders said. The agency does always award to the lowest offer if other conditions of the offer are regarded as unfavourable.

The tender sought grain for a range of shipment dates in May and June depending on origin. Results are expected later on Friday.
