KARACHI: On Wednesday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 16189.12 with a positive change of 137.98 and volume of 59,706,820 shares.

High and Low were 16189.52 and 16051.14 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 70,755,060 shares with 256 total traded companies out of which 157were up, 77 were down and 22 were unchanged.

Construction and Materials (Cement) was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 22,033,000 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 9,983,400 shares.

The three top traded companies were Engro Foods Ltd. with a volume of 8,484,000 and price per share of 80.03 (3.43), D.G.K.CementXD with a volume 8,038,000 of price per share of 53.25 (0.05) and Fauji Cement with a volume of 5,503,000 and price per share of 6.71 (0.03).

The top three advancers were Nestle Pakistan Ltd. with price per share of 4699.99 (139.99), Unilever Food with price per share of 3775.00 (85.00) and Colgate Palmolive with price share of 1300.00 (32.00).

The top three decliners were Indus DyeingXD with price per share of 500.00 (-10.00), Pak Gum & Chemical with price per share of 161.18 (-8.48) and Attock Petroleum Ltd with price per share of 500.05 (-0.95).
