HONG KONG: Hong Kong stocks slipped 1.40 percent on Friday as upbeat US jobs figures were overshadowed by renewed fears over Europe's debt crisis.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 263.04 points to 18,550.37 on turnover of HK$22.95 billion ($2.94 billion).
