Five killed in blast at fireworks shop
RECORDER REPORT
FAISALABAD (July 03 2009): Five persons were killed while seven others critically injured in blast at a fireworks shop in Makuana on Jaranwala road, here on late Wednesday. According to details, the incident was caused by the explosion of a cylinder at the fireworks shop, which killed five persons on the spot, witnesses said.

The injured were transferred to Civil Hospital and Allied Hospital of the city. The deceased have been identified as Abdul Rauf, Fahad, Razzaq, Raja Naveed and his son Waqas.
