SILIGURI: Indian residents wade through flood waters at Milanmore village on the outskirts of Siliguri on July 16, 2012. Continuous rainfall in the past 48 hours has caused flooding and the collapse of an under-construction dyke on the river Mahananda, with several landslides in the nearby hills of Siliguri and adjoining areas of North Bengal. At least 15,000 villagers have been affected by the floods, according to an official. -AFP
