Nando's, Origami present Peri Mic Night for Valentine's Day 'Dedications Special' on Feb 9

KARACHI: Nando's- the famous South African chain of Peri Peri chicken restaurants and a Lahore based entertainment company, Origami Entertainment, organized their Valentine’s “Dedications Special” Peri Mic Nights at Nando’s, Boat Basin, Karachi, Nando’s MM Alam Road, Lahore, and Nando’s, F-6, Islamabad, simultaneously on 9^th February, 2012.

Nando’s and Origami have a history of doing these events, which are focused on youth talent mobilization and offering a platform to raw talent to showcase themselves through Open Mic College Nights - a phenomenon well recognized aboard.

The events with the support of Play TV, BOSE and Radio FM 91 as partners are aimed at bringing out amateur artists, musicians, comedians and raw talent.

Previous events have showcased some of the best known talents alongside new and upcoming amateur artists.

Musicians including Farhad Humayun of Overload, Coven’s Hamza Jaffery, Taimur Rehman of Laal and Sarah Waqar have graced these events with their presence.

Nando’s and Origami Entertainment are committed to bring these events every month at Nando’s Flagship restaurants to keep the city life abuzz with new avenues of entertainment and offering a good platform to budding talent.
