HONG KONG: Hong Kong stocks opened 1.66 percent lower on Monday following weak leads from Wall Street and Europe after disappointing jobs data from the United States at the end of last week.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 308.73 points to 18,249.61 in the first few minutes of trade.
