PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Pervez Khattak expressing concern over militants attack on DI Khan Central Jail, has directed for an inquiry.
Talking to media persons here on Tuesday, Pervez Khattak said that immediate investigations into DI Khan attack should be made and those found guilty of negligence towards their duty should be brought to book.
He said that officials responsible for security briefed him that all arrangements regarding further beefing up security have been made and attack was matter of grave concern.
Pervez Khattak said that he would himself visit the DI Khan Central Jail to observe the situation.
He also directed to increase the security of all jails across the province.
