PESHAWAR: A bomb tore through a camp for internally displaced people in northwest Pakistan on Thursday, killing at least two people and wounding 11, police said.
The bomb went off near the offices at Jalozai refugee camp close to the city of Peshawar.
District police chief Mohammad Hussain gave the casualty figures. "The casualties might rise as it was a huge blast," he told AFP.
It was unclear how the bomb was detonated, he said. Several vehicles were also damaged.
