BERLIN: Planes operated by German airline group Lufthansa were fuller in July, but pricing remains under pressure, it said on Tuesday.
Lufthansa said its sales measured in revenue passenger kilometres rose 6.4 percent in July, while the load factor climbed 2.3 percentage points to 86.9 percent.
However, the cargo unit saw its load factor shrink 4.6 percentage points to 63.1 percent because it was not able to sell its additional capacity.
Lufthansa cut the profit target for its cargo unit last month.
