JAKARTA: Indonesia's annual inflation is expected to slow to 3.7 percent in August, down from 4.53 percent, the central bank's Deputy Governor Perry Warjiyo said on Wednesday.
Bank Indonesia's inflation target for all of 2014 is between 3.5 to 5.5 percent.
Month-on-month, the consumer price index is expected to show a rise of less than 0.3 percent, slowing from the 0.93 percent rise seen between July and June, Warjiyo added.
