RAWALPINDI: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Sturday reissued non-bailable arrest warrants against former President Pervez Musharraf for the third time in case of assassination of former Prime Minister and PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto and adjourned the case till March 19.
The court directed that the warrant should be delivered at Musharraf's new address. The hearing of the case was conducted in Adiyala jail by ATC Judge Rana Nisar.
Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was martyred in a gun and bomb attack when she was leaving Liaqat Bagh in Rawalpindi after addressing a public rally on December 27, 2007.
The court had earlier issued warrants for Musharraf's arrest on February 12 and February 19.
