 ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Blind Cricket team made a clean sweep of Australia by 4 wickets on Tuesday in the ODI series by 3-0 at Adelaide Oval Australia.

The series was named as Donovan-Agha Shaukat Blind Cricket series, to acclaim the perpetual efforts of Late Agha Shaukat Ali (Former Chairman Pakistan Blind Cricket Council, founder member of World Blind Cricket Council and pioneer Blind Cricketer in Pakistan) and the Australian famous Blind Cricketer Peter Donovan (The former President of World Blind Cricket Council) for the development of Cricket for the blind around the globe, said a press release issued here.

Pakistan won the toss and asked Australia to take guard. Australia made 293 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 40 overs. Lindsay Heaven was the top scorer with 75 runs while Mathew Horsey scored 54 runs. Abdul Razzaq claimed 2 wickets while Rizwan, Zafar and Jameel took one wicket each.

Pakistan in reply reached home in 30th over for the loss of 6 wickets. Muhammad Jameel was again outclassed with the bat; he remained unbeaten on 151 runs and Arslan Javeed scored 28 runs on 18 balls.

Raymond Moxly, Peter Robinson and Lindsay Heaven took 2 wickets each. The Man of the Match was Muhammad Jameel and was also adjudged man of the series.

Pakistan clean sweept Australia in the ODI series and in the T-20 series also. This was also the 24th consecutive one-day Internationals victory for Pakistan and the 6th consecutive one-day series triumph.
