‘King of Bollywood’ Shah Rukh Khan was detained on Los Angeles airport for more than two hours for interrogation as he landed with his daughter Suhana Khan and son Aryan Khan on Thursday.
In 2012, Indians reacted angrily after Khan was detained for 90 minutes at the White Plains airport near New York. And in 2009 SRK was detained for two hours at Newark airport and released after India's embassy intervened.
He took to social networking sites to express his anger and said, “I fully understand & respect security with the way the world is, but to be detained at US immigration every damn time really really s***. The brighter side is while waiting caught some really nice Pokemons”.
While the State Department was unable to comment on why the actor was detained at the Los Angeles airport, the SRK fans exploded. While some condemned the incident, many mocked.
Earlier, while talking about the similar incident in New York, SRK joked, “Whenever I start feeling arrogant about myself, I always take a trip to America. The immigration guys kick the star out of stardom”.
