Bollywood latest release ‘Tamasha’ is Imtiaz Ali’s attempt to redefine the love story in a much complex way. He always comes up with something different every time. After giving back to back flops it seems like Ranbir Kapoor’s comeback movie.
As per the latest reviews, with three back to back flops – Besharam, Roy and Bombay Velvet, Ranbir Kapoor undeniably needed a film like this to recover his diminishing charm in Bollywood. His desperate need and Imtiaz’s soulful attempt keep the film grooving with an emotional tinge to taste life.
With a nice, unique concept by Arif Ali, ‘Tamasha’ is about a dreamer who tries to fight with his inner demon.
According to the film critics, ‘Tamasha’ has received mixed reviews. While it speaks high of Ranbir-Deepika’s flawless performances but the plot of having ‘what happens in Corsica, stays in Corsica’ hasn’t gone down so well with everyone.
Indian Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh just tweeted the first day figures stating, Tamasha hits 10.87 crore mark on the first day of its release. Despite mixed reviews, the movie is going strong in theatres.
