In a shocking revelation, Hindu extremist party Shiv Sena has announced Rs 0.1 million reward to anyone who will slap Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan on his intolerance comment.
Sena staged a protest against the actor where they used derogatory language against the actor and burnt his photographs disrupting the traffic in the city. Punjab Shiv Sena chairman Rajeev Tandon, who was leading the protesters, said, “Any person who slaps Aamir Khan would be rewarded Rs 1 lakh by our organization. This is important because no one living in our country should dare to say anything against India,” Hindustan Times reported.
The announcement was made during a protest staged by the party outside hotel MBD Radisson Blu in Ludhiana where Aamir is staying for the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Dangal’.
Ludhiana assistant commissioner of Police (ACP) Rupinder Kaur Saran said that police has made all necessary arrangements to provide security to the actor.
Shiv Sena on Wednesday also labelled him as ‘self-appointed mullah’.
