Pakistani actress Urwa Hocane claimed that she refuses to do Bollywood movie ‘Azhar’ alongside Emraan Hashmi due to the bold scenes in it. However, she is still waiting for the meaty role to make her debut in Bollywood.
According to local media reports, Urwa said in an interview, “I am getting a couple of offers from Bollywood but I just don’t want to cross the border for the sake of it. I don’t want to do bold scenes, but that was not the only reason, I was also busy working on a local production Jhol”.
“My commitment was elsewhere and also I didn’t place my efforts at the same level to play a leading female role in ‘Azhar’,” she added.
Ekta Kapoor’s latest production ‘Azhar’, which is a film based on the former Indian cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin will see Emraan Hashmi as a male lead.
As of now, it seems that the VJ-turned-actress is focused towards doing local films and will soon be seen next to Ali Azmat and Bilal Ashraf in an upcoming Pakistani movie.
