imageSuperstar Shah Rukh Khan, who recently received the Indian prestigious ‘Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award 2015’ for his performance in the 2014 film ‘Happy New Year’, has thanked his fans and audiences for showering him with unconditional love throughout.

According to Indian media reports, SRK said, “Thank you for thinking that I deserve this award. I have been working since past 20-22 years and several noted people have appreciated my work, people from across the globe have showered their love and appreciation. I don’t think I will ever be able to return that”. He also charmed the audience at the ceremony with his iconic romantic pose.

SRK has won labels like ‘King Khan’, ‘Baadshah’ and ‘King of Romance’ thanks to the films he did in past including ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, ‘Veer-Zaara’ and ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’.

A heist drama, with dollops of dance and music set the box office record of whopping Rs.44.97 crore on its first day. The film hit the screens on October 24 last year and has collected over 300 crore worldwide.
