Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan was more than happy to have shot for his upcoming film ‘Fan’ at the Madame Tussauds museum in London, which also houses his wax statue.
The film, which is directed by Maneesh Sharma, has become the first Bollywood movie to be shot at the museum. As per Indian media reports, he says he can't thank the officials enough for letting him and the entire ‘Fan’ team shoots there.
SRK also tweeted on Thursday, “Thanx Madame Tussauds for allowing us to shoot Fan with all ‘ur’ stars & our star Maneesh. Very gracious of u. 1st film to shot at ur premises”.
His ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ co-star actors Katrina Kaif has became the latest celebrity to join the Bollywood section at Madame Tussauds. Besides her, Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit-Nene have also had their wax statues at Madame Tussauds.
Produced by Yash Raj Films, ‘Fan’ features Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, he also have a double role in the film. Other necessary details of the film are yet to be disclosed by the makers.
