The Indian and Pakistani cricket team will begin their World Cup journey together on February 15, 2015. The most anticipated match of World Cup will have several surprises and shocks for the audiences.
Reportedly, Bollywood mega star Amitabh Bachchan will commentate the India-Pakistan match along with Shoaib Akhtar, Kapil Dev and Harsha Bhogle.
According to Indian media reports, Bachchan will be commentating with Star Sports. His movie ‘Shamitabh’ is releasing on February 6, and the India-Pakistan contest is on February 15. Bachchan was quoted, “This country’s emotions are ruled by two things, cricket and cinema. For me, it’s an exciting time on both fronts. My movie is releasing on February 6 and then, I have the privilege of making my commentary debut.”
Bachchan is a huge fan of cricket; he is honoured to get this opportunity in the most crucial match of World Cup.
In sync with the film’s story, Big B will lend his deep baritone for cricket commentary as he joins Kapil Dev, Shoaib Akhtar, Harsha Bhogle and other commentators on February 15. A campaign, announcing his debut, was launched during the tri-series final between Australia and England yesterday, Time of India reported.
