‘Mumbai 125Km’ is a horror flick starring Veena Malik, Karanvir Bohra, Vijay Bhatia and Vedita Pratap is set to hit theatres on Friday, October 17.
The story revolves around five friends who are on their way from Pune to Mumbai when they experience a bizarre incident and get holed up 125 kms away from Mumbai. Pakistani actress will be seen playing the role of a ghost in an upcoming horror film.
Veena Malik took months to get into the right character of ghost. The actress even had several discussions with director-producer Hemant Madhukar and they mutually decided on keeping the prosthetics subtle. The two tried different looks with a number of prosthetic make-up artists and finally zeroed in on one, media reported.
According to media reports, true to its title, it was shot on the Mumbai-Pune highway and the shoots were completely nocturnal. And if that isn’t intriguing enough, the technology employed to shoot the film is first-of-its-kind in the country called Stereoscopic technology. The last Hollywood film to employ this technology was The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014).
