Bollywood bubbly actress Alia Bhatt had an opportunity to work in two big movies based on the work of author Chetan Bhagat. The actress who was famously the lead actress in Chetan Bhagat’s ‘2 States’ is already being considered as the main lead for the next Mohit Suri’s film ‘Half Girlfriend’ based on Chetan Bhagat’s latest book.
According to media reports, the author has joined hands with Mohit Suri and Ekta Kapoor for the film that will co-produce it. Huma Qureshi and Kriti Sanon are also the in the running to play a posh girl from south Delhi.
While Alia Bhatt has expressed an interest in working with his cousin Mohit Suri, Mohit Suri also said that Alia Bhatt would be a good choice for the part of his next film.
The Chetan Bhagat’s book is being launched on October 1 in Mumbai and Delhi.
