imageBollywood newbie Shraddha Kapoor is gearing up for her next movie ‘ABCD 2’ along with Varun Dhawan. She has been training to get into a dancer body shape.

Her role in the sequel of famous dance movie ‘ABCD’ (Any Body Can Dance) require her to be little muscular for which she need high protein diet. She has been doing extensive training to stay fit and have strong muscular body.

According to media reports, “The ‘Aashiqui 2’ actress isn’t just working hard at the gym but has also been personally keeping a check on what she consumes in the entire day. Since she has to increase her muscle, proteins like chicken, tofu and soya are a major part of her everyday diet. Shraddha is a very dedicated actor and has been very strict with herself for this role in particular. Her role in ABCD 2 is very different from how the audiences have seen her before. It is a very challenging role as it requires Shraddha to master various dance styles and have great strength and flexibility”.

During the extensive training sessions and practicing different dance styles she had major injury few days back and now she is back to her hectic routine.
