According to Indian media reports Bollywood actresses Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra are set to clash at the box office with their respective releases ‘Bang Bang’ and `Mary Kom’.
Both of the big banner films are slated to release on October 2nd, the day of Gandhi Jayanti.
However, it is expected one of the filmmakers will change the release date as it can severely dent the profit margins of both the flicks.
Produced by Fox Star Studios and directed by Siddharth Anand, ‘Bang Bang’ is a remake of Hollywood Tom cruise-starrer ‘Knight and Day’. It stars Saif Ali Khan as the leading male.
On the other hand, ‘Mary Kom’, which is directed by Omung Kumar and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, is based on the real life story of Olympics medallist MC Mary Kom.
