Newlywed bride Amal Clooney has topped the list of Barbara Walters ‘Top 10 most fascinating person of 2014’.
The human rights lawyer, formerly known as Amal Alamuddin, captured the heart of actor and known-bachelor George Clooney and married him in September, Barbara Walters consider it as the ‘greatest achievement in human history’.
Walters called the wedding ‘perfect’, particularly pointing out Amal’s hat and the wedding dress designed by the late Oscar De La Renta.
According to foreign media reports she said, “What does it take to fascinate one of the most fascinating men in the world?. You could say, hers was the wedding of the year, but let’s put it into perspective, it was really one of the greatest achievements in human history. Everyone always said no one could ever get George Clooney to the alter,” reminding viewers of his eternal bachelor way of life.
Other celebs who made up to the top ten list of most fascinating person of 2014 includes Taylor Swift, Michael Strahan, David Koch, Oprah Winfrey, Elon Musk, George R.R. Martin, Chelsea Handler, Neil Patrick Harris and Scarlett Johansson.
