Bollywood actress Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha tied a knot in a grand marriage ceremony recently in New Delhi. The newly-wed couple expressed their desire to have a daughter first even before the wedding ceremony concluded.
'Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein' star tied the knot last night with her longtime partner Sahil in an intimate wedding in New Delhi. Dia Mirza and her business partner Sahil Sangha dated each other for almost seven years and their marriage got postponed twice in between. However, Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha finally tied the knots in presence of several celebrities, friends and family members.
According to media reports, Bollywood celebrities including Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Genelia Deshmukh, among others congratulated the newly married couple Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha. Lara, who began her modelling career with Dia, attended the wedding with her Tennis star husband Mahesh Bhupati. She wrote, “Wishing my lovely friend Dia Mirza and Sahil a wonderful married life! Had a wonderful time last evening!”.
Newly engaged actress Soha Ali Khan also wished her friend on her wedding saying. “Many congratulations Dia Mirza and Sahil - you both make a beautiful couple and May you have a lifetime of happiness and bliss together,” Soha tweeted.
Actress Genelia D’souza wrote, “Congratulations Dia Mirza and Sahil on starting a beautiful journey together, Lots and lots of love always”.
Newlywed bride thank all her fellow stars on Twitter who wish her best for her married life. She said, “With my happiness, thank you to all those who have conveyed such warm messages here. Sahil and I are grateful”.
