Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are getting back together for new TV project. The old-time friends and ‘Good Will Hunting’ co-stars are developing a new TV show.
Affleck and Damon's production company ‘Pearl Street Films’ will work with cable network ‘Syfy’ on the spy thriller, about a man trying to stand up to a futuristic world where big corporations rule.
According to media reports, the duo will be executive producers, while the show runner will be Ted Humphrey, who has written and produced legal drama ‘The Good Wife’. ‘Syfy’ is widely known as the channel which produced satirical disaster television film ‘Sharknado’, and more recently ordered the alien series, ‘Hunters’.
Affleck's new movie, ‘Gone Girl’, has taken the top spot at the Australian box office for a second weekend running, raking in $4.102 million.
